A guilty verdict and a 26 year sentence was announced just after 3 p.m. today in the trial of former UW student Amanda Knox. Knox and her ex-boyfriend, Raffaele Sollecito, were convicted of the brutal murder of her former roommate, Meredith Kercher in Perugia, Italy.
