Lose Weight Fast

I always used to be thin. I was a 119 pound petite blonde who could easily fit into a size 4 or 6. In college I was unable to give blood - I always prided myself on the fact that I didn’t weight enough to give!

Well, those days are long gone. I have children and weigh about 150 pounds. And you won’t be shocked to know that my height hasn’t changed any! So what does that mean? I’m over weight.

I have continually looked for ways to lose weight really fast. I struggle with this every single day of my life. I want to lose weight quickly how do I do it? I do not have time to work out for an hour or hour and a half a day 4 - 5 days a week. I wish I did - but I don’t. I spend my time working and taking care of my household. When my kids are in school I’m working and when they are out of school, I’m taking care of them. So when do I go to the gym? I go in the 40 minute time frame I have between dropping my kids off at school and starting work at 9am. Not much time is it? That includes driving time.

So how do I lose weight really fast? I cannot endorse programs that are going to send my body into shock such as diet pills or fasting. No way. Besides - these types of programs are not going to provide easy ways to keep the weight off. I understand that if I’m bringing in more calories than I burn through daily exercise, I am not going to lose any pounds - let alone lose weight really fast.

Some people make the mistake of cutting their calories too low. Not only is it ineffective because it slows down your metabolism, it is also not a tactic that I am capable of. I like food too much. I like to eat - period. So it would seem that the key is in what I eat, how often I eat, how many calories I’m bringing in, and how many calories I’m burning off.

Now, putting ideas and thoughts down on paper are one thing, but actually accomplishing it is a whole other ballgame. What can I do on a daily basis to help me lose weight really fast?

I know building muscle mass would be an excellent addition to any weight loss program. Its no secret that building muscle mass increases metablism. I know I need all the help I can get in that department!

But, as I’ve stated before, I am not able to live in a gym. I have a family to care for and I have to work every weekday. So how do I accomplish it all? How do I drop this weight - and lose weight fast enough that I do not become discouraged in the process. How do I lose weight really fast?
