Learn How to Lose Inches Off Your Waist

The best exercise you can do to lose inches off your waist is called the vacuum pose. This is what it is… you suck in your belly button as much as possible. Now, be careful not to be make the mistake of sucking in your upper belly area. You want to suck in the lower belly around your belly button. Now suck that in as much as possible and hold that position for between 15-60 seconds. The longer the better. Rest then repeat this. Do this for a total of 5 minutes a day.

This is the KING of all waist reducing exercises. Suck in your belly, hold it, rest, repeat. That’s all there is to it. Some details… you suck in the belly button and lower abs… focus on that. Another detail… hold the “pose” for as long as possible (at least 15 seconds).

You want to make sure that you constantly have a healthy diet; this means that you want to cut out of all that bad food which includes high fat meats, fried foods, and fast foods.

Those spreads such as butter, margarine, mayonnaise need to be eliminated almost completely if you are trying to lose that weight. Those unhealthy heavy grease cooking oils are bad for your dieting as well.
